随机发生器定义:
RNG是一个真正的随机数发生器,它基于模拟噪声源连续提供32位熵样本。它可以被应用程序用作活动熵源,以构建符合NIST的确定性随机比特生成器(DRBG)。 RNG真随机数发生器已根据德国AIS-31标准进行了验证。

•RNG时钟rng_clk = 48 MHz
